We named the company after the problem.
The didactic method is the oldest model of instruction: an expert talks, everyone else listens, and the class moves at one pace. It built a great deal of competence. It does not scale to a fleet, a campus, or a workforce spread across forty sites.
What we believe
Most organizations are rich in manuals and poor in time to teach them.
The content already exists.
Training commands, universities and safety teams have the manuals, the standards and the procedures. What they lack is instructor hours to deliver them and a way to know they landed.
Learning should be checked, not assumed.
Sitting through a lesson is not the same as knowing it. LORE checks, corrects and checks again, and it shows instructors where the gaps are.
Instructors are amplified, not replaced.
LORE drafts; people approve. The manual stays the authority, and the people accountable for training stay in charge of it.
