Help with the LORE app.
LORE turns training manuals into narrated courses with quick checks. Most people use it through their university, college or employer. If something here doesn't answer your question, write to us and a person will reply, usually within two business days.
Contact
Email chris@didactical.ai. Tell us which device you use (iPhone, iPad, Android or a web browser), the email you sign in with, and what happened. Please never send your password.
If your question is about a course, a grade or a class code, your instructor or training office can usually answer fastest.
Getting in
- Joining a class: use the invitation link or class code your instructor sent. The app asks for the code under Join a class.
- Signing in: with your email and password, or with Sign in with Apple on iPhone and iPad.
- Forgot your password: tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen, or go to app.didactical.ai/forgot. We email you a link to set a new one.
- Face ID or fingerprint sign-in: the app offers it after you sign in with your password. You can turn it off under Sign-in & devices.
- Web: the same account works in any browser at app.didactical.ai.
Listening and quizzes
- Lessons play with the screen locked; use the lock-screen controls to pause or skip.
- No sound? Check the volume and your Bluetooth connection, then close and reopen the lesson. LORE streams audio, so it needs an internet connection.
- Missed a question? LORE explains it again a different way and brings it back later. That is how it is meant to work.
Deleting your account
In the app, open the menu, then Sign-in & devices → Delete my account. You confirm with your password (or with Apple, if you use Sign in with Apple), and your account and learning history are deleted straight away. You can also delete it on the web at app.didactical.ai/delete-account. What is removed and what your school keeps is explained there and in our Privacy Policy.
