The adaptive loop
Every wrong answer is information about the course, not only about the learner.
When a learner misses a question, LORE does not just mark it wrong and move on. It plays a corrective lesson written for that exact point, then checks again.
Across a whole group, the misses add up to a map: which lessons land, which ones people have to hear twice, and where the source material itself is unclear. Instructors see that map, so the course improves along with the people taking it.

Every question LORE writes carries the exact passage of the document it came from. When the passage can’t be found word for word in the source, the question is discarded before an instructor ever sees it.
Then a person decides. LORE drafts; your instructors review, edit and publish. The manual stays the authority, and your staff stay accountable for what is taught.
